1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jelitaka platform — whether through the website at jelitaka.com, the jelitaka mobile app, or any other jelitaka service — you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and jelitaka. They apply to all aspects of your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and any communication with jelitaka support.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jelitaka, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

To use jelitaka's full range of features, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

Each person may hold only one jelitaka account. If jelitaka detects that you have registered more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses will be voided.

  • Your registered name must match the name on your payment method.
  • Your contact details must be valid and kept up to date.
  • You must not register on behalf of another person.
  • Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

Jelitaka may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelitaka login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Jelitaka will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you suspect that your jelitaka account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jelitaka support immediately. 5 Deposits

Jelitaka accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the jelitaka account holder — are strictly prohibited.

  • If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact jelitaka support with your transaction reference.

Jelitaka reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if there is reason to believe the funds originate from fraudulent or illegal activity. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jelitaka account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals to a different account may require additional verification.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of request.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification requirements.
  • Jelitaka may request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
  • Jelitaka reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected.

Please Note: Withdrawing funds that were deposited but never used for gameplay may be subject to an administration review. Jelitaka is required to conduct due diligence on all financial transactions.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Jelitaka offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds where applicable. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.

  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jelitaka are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. These rules are available within each game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

  • Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed.
  • In the event of a technical error during a game round, jelitaka will investigate and resolve the issue fairly. Bets affected by verified technical errors may be voided and stakes returned.
  • Jelitaka uses certified random number generators for all games. Results are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other external factor.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jelitaka. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with jelitaka.
  • Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jelitaka platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using jelitaka for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing jelitaka staff or other players.
  • Circumventing self-exclusion or account closure measures.

Zero Tolerance: Jelitaka has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and cheating. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed permanently with no right of appeal on the closure decision itself.

Jelitaka grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

13 Limitation of Liability
